Call 1: Initial assessment and establishing goals

Call 2: Follow up in one week to review nutrition plan and provide additional education.

Call 3: Follow up in one week to discuss progress and address challenges

Call 4: Follow up in one week to review metrics and fine tune adjustments

Call 5: Follow up in one week to provide plan adjustments, make sure we are meeting short term goals

Call 6: Longer touch points, practice self sufficiency with continued support bi-monthly

For over eight years, Jon Kuanfung has been guiding clients and businesses toward their health and nutrition objectives. His areas of expertise include weight management, blood sugar regulation, heart-healthy nutrition, and nutrition for athletic performance. Jon advocates for sustainable lifestyle modifications to build strong and healthy bodies. His endurance feats include completing multiple ultra-marathons, such as the Run Rabbit Run 100-mile mountain race in Colorado. Additionally, Jon has participated in triathlons and competed on the show American Ninja Warrior.
